Hey! My name is Jason, owner / head Personal Trainer here at MoveWell Health & Fitness. I have a passion and drive to help all in our local community to MoveWell, feel confident and move pain free. I have competed locally and nationally in a large variety of sports over the years notably Triathlon, Surf life saving and cycle racing. I have a long history and knowledge with endurance sports as well as strength and conditioning training within the gym environment. Whether you are wanting to build some lean muscle, lose weight, get outside and move or are training for a specific event or sporting goal, your health is in focus.
I understand that it can be tough to start a new fitness regime, my goal is to help and guide you every step of the way.
MoveWell Health and Fitness is one of the largest and most established outdoor Health and Fitness businesses for over 35’s operating in the Murrumbeena, Hughesdale & Bentleigh East area South East of Melbourne. We have a great community of locals all working together to improve their health and well being.
We have a massive variety of sessions, guaranteed to help you lose weight, move well, keep you interested, motivated, engaged and never bored. Whilst there is a serious side to Personal Training in Bentleigh East, at MoveWell Health and Fitness we never forget to make our sessions fun and exciting! With our small group sessions you will enter as one and forge many new friendships.
Maybe you have a place to train or access to equipment and you want a program and some encouragement. We now offer online coaching. We’ll discuss a schedule and program that suits your goals. You will receive weekly workouts and regular follow ups to discuss your progress .
