Hey! My name is Jason, owner / head Personal Trainer here at MoveWell Health & Fitness. I have a passion and drive to help all in our local community to MoveWell, feel confident and move pain free. I have competed locally and nationally in a large variety of sports over the years notably Triathlon, Surf life saving and cycle racing. In 2023 I was ranked 4th in Australia for over 50 year old males which qualified me to represent Australia at the BMX world championships in Scotland. I have a long history and knowledge with endurance sports as well as strength and conditioning training within the gym environment. Whether you are wanting to build some lean muscle, lose weight, get outside and move or are training for a specific event or sporting goal, your health is in focus.
I understand that it can be tough to start a new fitness regime, my goal is to help and guide you every step of the way.
My name is Jen, I am the Assistant Trainer at Movewell Health and Fitness.
Fitness has played major part in my life as a keen basketball player, who had kept active until an injury in my mid 40’s. It was via rehab I had discovered the importance of how to move my body properly and gain back strength and mobility within fitness.
I wanted to better myself with knowledge and returned to studying completing my Cert III and Cert IV in Personal Training Jan 2021. At the age of 53 I have never felt healthier in my body and mindset.
I look forward in sharing, inspiring and influencing clients at Movewell Health and fitness, in assisting them via strength and functional sessions to achieve their optimum goal.
